When the day arrives, a £25 birthday voucher will appear in your account. Use it online or in-store within 30 days, with a minimum spend of £150. If you’re in Diamond, Platinum, or above, you’ll have an exclusive gift with purchase to be redeemed, subject to availability.
If redeeming in-store, simply show your offer to our Honeys when making your purchase.
If redeeming online, make sure you are logged in to your account and have a minimum order value of £50. Your birthday gift will be an available add-on at checkout.

If you return or cancel an order, the spend will be deducted from your tier progress.
Tiers are maintained with a rolling 12-month spend. If you didn’t meet the threshold, your tier may be reset. Not to worry, Honey. You can climb right back up on your next purchase with us.
Yes. If you shopped within the last 45 days (from October 1st 2025 onwards), you can contact our Customer Obsessive team with your receipt or order details. Get in touch here. Once verified, we’ll add it to your account.
Vouchers are valid for full-priced products only. They cannot be redeemed on any sale or outlet items. Additionally, vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, unless explicitly stated.
Refunds are issued for the amount you actually paid. The voucher value cannot be refunded or reinstated.
Forgot to log in? Don’t worry, honey. You can contact our Customer Obsessive team within 45 days of your purchase with proof of transaction, and we’ll make it right. Please allow time for manual processing.

If you’ve opted out of emails, the easiest way to see your rewards is in ‘My Account.’
Seasonal gifts and rewards are based on the calendar year. However, timing and availability may be subject to change.
Diamond, Platinum, and VIP (invite-only) will be eligible to redeem quarterly gifts and birthday treats, which will come as surprises throughout the year.
As for the rest? We wouldn’t dare to kiss and tell. Keep an eye out for any Honey Club emails; they may contain rewards or eligible gifts!
Your loyalty tier is calculated based on the total of your purchases over a period of 12 months. Make sure you’re logged in when shopping online or ask our Honeys in-store before you check out. This ensures your purchase will go toward your total spend.
You can log in to your account to track your progress at any time.
Once you reach the next loyalty tier, you’ll have all those perks and privileges for the next 12 months. We’ll also send you an email to mark the special occasion!
E.g. If you reach Diamond status on 31/10/2025, you’ll stay in Diamond tier until 31/10/2026, unless you level up again.
The day you level up will be the new date of commencement, and you’ll have another 12 months to retain or upgrade this tier.
After this time, your recent 12-month spend is automatically calculated to determine your loyalty tier. Not to worry if you’ve dropped down in status - you can climb back up the ranks whenever you shop next. Consider this a sign to buy some new lingerie!
Make sure you’re signed up to The Honey Club and subscribed to our emails. Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folders, in case they’re hiding there.
If you’re still not receiving emails, you may need to sign in and confirm your email address or update your preferences. Once logged in, you can do this in the ‘Settings’ section of your account.

You can update your details via the ‘Profile’ section of your Honey Club account. Sign in and select ‘Profile’ via the dropdown menu. Once there, you can update your information by tapping the pencil icon to edit.
Make sure you’re subscribed to our updates and keep an eye out for our emails, honey! We’ll send love letters and reminders to help you keep tabs on your offers, vouchers, and loyalty status. If your loyalty tier changes, we’ll always let you know.
To successfully redeem a Honey Club gift, it needs to be added or selected at checkout. If you added the item to your order but did not receive it, please contact our Customer Obsessive Team here. Be sure to include your order number, gift information, or relevant offer code.
