Anything purchased during November and December can be returned or exchanged until January 31st 2019

 

Honey Birdette has a generous 45 day returns and exchange policy. That is, we will happily exchange, credit or refund your Honey Birdette goodies within 45 days of purchase if you have your receipt, all tags attached and the item has not been worn.
 

What can I return?

  • Please note, we DO NOT offer price difference refunds during further markdowns
  • For health reasons we do not exchange, credit or refund toys unless faulty.
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached.
  • If you request a refund/credit, the purchase price (excluding the delivery charges) will be refunded/credited after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
  • With the exception of faulty items, you are responsible for the cost of delivering the item back to us, or you can return it to one of our boutiques (see below for details).
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • Latex must be sealed & unopened. Opened, worn, or ripped latex will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to sender.
  • Hosiery must be sealed & unopened. Opened & worn hosiery will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to sender.
  • If you have not already ordered a replacement size/item, please kindly include the style & size requested in your Online Return form. If the item you requested is out of stock, our Honeys will contact you to organize an alternative item or refund.
 

Gift cards

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • All physical and digital Honey Birdette gift cards have a 3-year expiry date from the date of issue.

What if it's faulty?

We always do our best to ensure that all products are in excellent condition. However, if you do receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the item, if it is returned within 90 days of the original purchase.

  • All toys have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and will be replaced if a proof of purchase is provided.
  • All returned products are tested and will not be accepted if they are considered to be in good working order.
 

How do I return items I bought online?

Online orders from Honey Birdette can either be returned to the address below or to one of our boutiques.

To avoid disappointment please check on our website to ensure that the item you would like to exchange is available in your preferred size. If the item you received has a fault, then please photograph the fault and attach the image to your exchange/refund request email.
Any item exchanged will be re-delivered to you for free. However, before you return your item(s), please be sure to email us at honey@honeybirdette.com to let us know which item you are returning – we need to ensure we have it! As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will process your refund or exchange request. If the replacement item you’ve requested is in stock, it will be sent within 5 business days.
If it’s not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer either an alternative item/size or a refund (if the product is faulty). Please send online returns to:

How long will it take?

All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received by Honey Birdette Online.
We aim to process all return request as quickly as possible and you should expect to receive an exchange within 10 working days after posting it back to us. In many cases you will receive a credit or refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes to resend your exchange product or for your bank to process your refund request.

All returns must be returned to the original country/region it was purchased from – unfortunately we are unable to accept returns purchased in other regions.
