If you fail to make a payment in full to Klarna by the due date, a late payment fee of up to £8 will become payable. Klarna will send you a reminder by email informing you that the payment is late and will set out the amount payable by you. If you do not pay the late fee according to the plan laid out by Klarna, up to two further late fees of up to £8 each could be applied. You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team to see if it is possible to postpone the due date on your payment.
