Delivery Charges

Place your order by 2pm GMT and it will leave our online store the same day!
Take advantage of FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY on orders over £50.
We also offer an Express Delivery service for a flat rate of £8.
For orders less than £50 we charge a flat rate of £6 for postage and handling.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery £6

All of our standard delivery orders are sent via DPD and are usually received within 1 - 2 business days for UK mainland areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 5 - 7 working days for regional areas.

Express Delivery £8

This service guarantees priority fulfilment & delivery. Most express delivery orders are delivered the following business day if ordered before 2pm GMT.
All delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you as soon as possible in the case of a delay.

Honey Birdette has a generous 90 day returns and exchange policy.
That is, we will happily exchange, credit or refund your Honey Birdette goodies within 90 days of purchase if you have your receipt, all tags attached and the item has not been worn.

What can I return?

For health reason we cannot exchange, credit or refund toys unless the item is faulty. All other full price items may be refunded or exchanged, we simply ask that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, manuals and instructions still attached. Please take care when unpacking & repacking the items, as we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or returned in a soiled condition. 

As a boutique brand we strive to introduce new products frequently and it is through sale that we are able to make way for new products. The exclusivity of our products means that during sale we have limited stock available which is why we do not offer exchange, credit or refund for change of mind or incorrect choice.

We will gladly exchange, credit or refund on sale items if there is a manufactures fault.


What if it's faulty?

We always do our best to ensure that all products are in excellent condition.
However, if you do receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the item, if it is returned within 90 days of the original purchase. All toys have a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and will be replaced if a proof of purchase is provided.
All returned products are tested and will not be accepted if they are considered to be in good working order.

How do I return items I bought online?

Online orders from Honey Birdette can either be returned to the address below or to one of our boutiques.

To avoid disappointment please check on our website to ensure that the item you would like to exchange is available in your preferred size. If the item you received has a fault, then please photograph the fault and attach the image to your exchange/refund request email.
Any item exchanged will be re-delivered to you for free. However, before you return your item(s), please be sure to email us at to let us know which item you are returning – we need to ensure we have it! As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will process your refund or exchange request. If the replacement item you’ve requested is in stock, it will be sent within 5 business days.
If it’s not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer either an alternative item/size or a refund (if the product is faulty). Please send online returns to:

How long will it take?

All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received by Honey Birdette Online.
We aim to process all return request as quickly as possible and you should expect to receive an exchange within 10 working days after posting it back to us.
In many cases you will receive a credit or refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes to resend your exchange product or for your bank to process your refund request.
