WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We hope you are totally in love with your Honey Birdette purchase; however, we do understand that sometimes you may want to make changes to your order. 

We will be happy to accept your item back for return, so as long as the item meets the return criteria below:

  1. In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact
  2. No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)​
  3. Full price within 45 days of purchase, sale item within 14 days of purchase
  4. Items may only be returned with proof of purchase 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS​

  • We accept all unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached.
  • Orgasm guarantee pleasure promise… If you ‘re not head over heels with Venus, let us know within 45 days of receiving (and trying!) and we will happily provide a full refund, credit or exchange once returned. Valid on Venus Toy purchases. Limited time only.
  • Harley Pleasure promise… If you ‘re not head over heels with Harley, let us know within 45 days of receiving (and trying!) and we will happily provide a full refund, credit or exchange once returned. Valid on Harley Toy purchases: 10 Sep - 24 Sep 2021.
  • Gemini Pleasure promise… If you ‘re not head over heels with Gemini , let us know within 45 days of receiving (and trying!) and we will happily provide a full refund, credit or exchange once returned. Valid on Gemini Toy purchases: 24 Aug - 7 Sep 2021.
  • The following CANNOT be returned:
    • Lingerie and Swimwear  –  not in their original condition
      • showing signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)
      • tags removed
      • with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains)
      • items that have been washed, altered or customised
    • Hosiery – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened
    • Latex – where packaging and one or both hygiene seals have been opened
    • Bondage items  –  not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as handcuff links or collar chain)
    • Candles, oils and lubricants – if packaging has been opened, or the item has been damaged through personal use.
    • ​Toys – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened. Faulty toys are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
    • Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for monetary value.  Read the full Terms & Conditions here. 
    • Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Honey Birdette once your order is sent. 
      • Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would issue a refund, if applicable. 
  • ​​​​​​​Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.​

 

SALE ITEMS 

Sale Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund, as long as the items meet our normal returns policies (detailed above). 

  • Credits are issued in the form of a Honey Birdette Gift Card, valid for 3 years for use both online and in-store.
  • No further markdowns can be applied to items purchased at a discount or during sale periods.

Flash Sale - Limited Time Promotions

    • Sale Item return T&C's apply for items purchased during a FLASH SALE Promotion

Returning a bundle set/promotion items

    • If wanting a full refund or credit note on a bundle purchase, all pieces must be returned. 
    • If returning just one or two pieces from a bundle purchase, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • This includes any free gifts with purchase. If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned. 

 

EXCHANGES

  • We gladly offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached.
  • Please include the replacement style and size on the Online Return Form below.
  • If the requested item for an exchange is out of stock, our Honeys will contact you to organise an alternative solution. Exchanges will be shipped with standard postage.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?

UK Customers

Postal Returns and Exchanges within the UK are FREE.

  • Complete the ONLINE ORDER RETURN FORM
  • Attach the Royal Mail label which is available when you complete the Online Return Form 
  • Drop your parcel off at the nearest Post Office.
  • Upon receipt of your parcel, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days if your items meet the Terms and Conditions of our policy.

 

EU Customers

If you live outside the UK, you still have 45 days to return your Full Price items, and 14 days for SALE items.

Please ensure that you return your items to the original country/location of purchase. We CANNOT accept returns purchased in other countries/ locations.

We do not currently offer International exchanges.

 

Please fill out the below EU ONLINE RETURNS FORM as well as one of the CUSTOMS FORMS below. Filling this out correctly will speed up the returns process and ensure your parcel doesn’t get held up in customs.

  • For items worth up to £270 (€425), weighing up to 2 kilograms please fill out the CN22 customs form 
  • For items worth over £270 (over €425) weighing from 2-20 kilograms please out the CN23 customs form

  • ​Upon receipt of your parcel, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days if your items meet the Terms and Conditions of our policy.

 

PLEASE make the postal staff aware that this is a RETURN, so that they can mark they postal label as Returned Goods.

International Customers

Please ensure that you return your items to the original country/location of purchase. We CANNOT accept returns purchased in other countries/ locations.

  • Visit your nearest Post Office to organise return postage.
  • International customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred.  We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking.
