The owner of the Playboy brand said Tuesday it has inked a deal to acquire Honey Birdette, an Australia-based luxury lingerie and sex toy maker. The female-founded company, which sells bondage gear alongside push-up bra and panty sets, counts Cardi B, Gwen Stefani, Kylie Jenner and Paris Hilton as customers.

Playboy’s parent company, PLBY Group, Inc. overnight announced it had entered into a “definitive agreement” to acquire Honey Birdette, which began in Brisbane 15 years ago and now has 60 boutiques in three countries.
